The Division features a library, which is part of the Humanities library (Bereichsbibliothek Philosophicum) and located on the third floor of the Philosophicum in Room 03-636. The focus of the collection is on Byzantine philology and history. It is supplemented by the library of Classical Philology, Ancient History on the same floor as well as by the library of the Division of Christian Archaeology and Byzantine Art History in the adjacent GFG building.
